Me and my Brother were both non-Florida residents and had property in Fort Pierce. I was initially selling that Property as an owner. During that process I was getting all kinds of responses but nothing was worth considering .In the meantime Tamela contacted us with her services for selling this property and in just one discussion  I decided to go with her and that was one of the best decision I ever made.   Selling property remotely was a big hassle. When we started discussing with Tamela, all complications start fading away. She was not only posting photos, video on MLS and other places but also taking care of many things along the way whether it’s getting inspection  done or talking to builder for fixing the stuff or getting grass manicured for showing the house. Selling a remote property is not that easy but Tamela  made it really painless for us.
