Me and my Brother were both non-Florida residents and had property in Fort Pierce. I was initially selling that Property as an owner. During that process I was getting all kinds of responses but nothing was worth considering .In the meantime Tamela contacted us with her services for selling this property and in just one discussion  I decided to go with her and that was one of the best decision I ever made.   Selling property remotely was a big hassle. When we started discussing with Tamela, all complications start fading away. She was not only posting photos, video on MLS and other places but also taking care of many things along the way whether it’s getting inspection  done or talking to builder for fixing the stuff or getting grass manicured for showing the house. She was also guiding us and teaching us many things on the way. She was very prompt in responding to calls and texts. We had some trouble with  the buyer and  the process took longer than expected. Then COVID came  but Tamela with her calm composer always  gave us the right suggestion  whether to keep  the house for rent or  what should be price with  good reasoning .  During this process she was in constant touch with Buyers’ agent, Title Company, other  Agent to provide us  the most current status.She made  selling this house really easy. Selling a remote property is not that easy but Tamela  made it really painless for us.
