She was able to find me the perfect 'distressed' property 9 years ago that met all my needs and I loved the house.  This past summer it was time to sell the renovated house so I called on Tamela after the great experience I had  buying the house.  She was fantastic to work with again after all those years.

Tamela took AMAZING photos that I know helped bring in showings and then when we went to contract, she was able to walk me through everything since I was out-of-state for closing.  Tamela even worked on my behalf with my HOA, when they tried to hold up the closing & she went above and beyond to help the buyer's agent and mortgage broker to make sure all the paperwork was correct.

Me and my Brother were both non-Florida residents and had property in Fort Pierce. I was initially selling that Property as an owner. Selling a remote property is not that easy but Tamela  made it really painless for us.
