Arica Haering has over 20 years of new home construction and preexisting sales experience on the Treasure Coast of Florida. She moved from New York to Florida in 1999. Arica attended Indian River State College and earned an Associate in Arts Degree. In 2002 she joined Mercedes Homes land acquisition department and then was recruited by KB Home in 2004 where she continued in land acquisition. Upon mastering the purchasing Arica moved on to permitting and closing departments with KB Home. With the real estate market in transition during the mid 2000's Arica began assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. She developed an excellent rapport with clients relocating to the Treasure Coast. Her ability to assess data and provide reliable information to her clients during the listing and purchasing process, is uncanny. Educating her clients throughout each step of the process is one of Arica's best qualities. Utilizing years of sales experience, Arica fully understands her client's needs, which enables her to help ease the stress of the real estate purchase or sales processes. Arica Haering has lived in Port St. Lucie since 1999. Since her arrival here her entire extended family has relocated to Florida. Arica spends her free time at the beach, barbecuing and antiquing with them. She has an 18 year old son and enjoys days at the baseball field with him. Arica also enjoys impromptu opportunities to help assist local veterans. She truly has made Florida her home.
